Something not working in one of our apps or games? Email us and we'll help.
Please include:
- The app or game name
- Your device, for example iPhone 15, Fire HD 10 or Pixel 8
- Which store you got it from
- What happened, and a screenshot if you can
I paid to unlock the full game and it's locked again.
Open the game and look for a Restore Purchases button on the store or settings screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account you bought it with. If that doesn't fix it, email us.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play refunds. For the Amazon Appstore, use Your Orders in your Amazon account.
Do your kids' apps have ads?
Our newest versions of ABC Trains, Sight Words Plus K-2, Chalk & Math and Oh Duck! have no ads. Each app's privacy policy says exactly what it does with information.
