Payne Brain LLC (“Payne Brain”, “we”, “us”) is a small cognitive wellness studio located at 2805 Wishon Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit paynebrainapps.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our small practice:
- Contact information you choose to give us (name, email, phone, a short message) through our contact form, by email, or by phone.
- Basic site analytics — pages visited, approximate region, device type, referrer — to understand which pages are useful.
- Cookies for essential site function and, with your consent, for the analytics described above. See our Cookie Policy.
- Client records if you become a coaching client (notes from sessions, scheduling, invoicing). These are kept on paper and on a single password-protected local computer at the studio.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule visits.
- To deliver and improve our coaching programs.
- To send transactional messages (appointment confirmations, invoices).
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers we need to run the studio — for example our email host, our accountant, and our payment processor — and only the minimum they need. Each is contractually required to protect your information.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years after our last engagement, in line with North Carolina recordkeeping norms, and then shredded or securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) confirm what information we hold about you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, or (d) export a copy. Write to it-team@paynebrainapps.com or call (336) 469-6442 and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use HTTPS for the site, strong passwords and full-disk encryption on the studio computer, and a locked filing cabinet for paper records. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.

We’ll post any updates to this page and revise the date at the top.
