Payne Brain is a cognitive wellness studio. We are coaches, not licensed clinicians, and nothing on this site or in our sessions constitutes medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to break security, scrape the site at scale, copy our written materials without permission, or upload anything unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
All text, images, and program materials on this site belong to Payne Brain LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission, except short quotations for review or commentary.
5. Bookings, cancellations & refunds
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable or rescheduled. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. Workshop series are refundable up to 7 days before the first session, prorated thereafter.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about outcomes from coaching programs; individual results vary.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payne Brain LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, NC.
