Programs

Six ways to work with us. All of them in person, all of them unhurried.

Pricing is flat, written down, and the same for everybody. We don’t do packages you have to ask about, and we don’t do membership fees.

One-to-One Coaching

$85 / 55 min

weekly or biweekly

A private hour with Lawrence. We map the cognitive demands of your week, choose two or three exercises, and build a notebook practice you’ll actually keep. Most clients stay 12–16 weeks.

Best for: Adults of any age noticing memory or focus changes.

Thursday Workshop

$35 / session · $120 series

every Thursday at 10am

Capped at eight chairs. Each week we work a single theme — names and faces, lists, directions, languages, numbers, reading recall — and leave with a printed practice card.

Best for: Anyone who learns better in a small group than one-on-one.

Family Caregiver Consultation

$120 / 90 min

one-time or quarterly

For families adjusting to a loved one’s diagnosis or decline. We walk through the day-to-day questions doctors don’t have time for, and connect you with local resources.

Best for: Adult children, spouses, and other caregivers.

Six-Week Focus Series

$420 (includes materials)

Tuesdays at 6pm · cohorts of six

A structured small-group program for working adults whose attention has gotten brittle. Six evenings, a workbook, three private check-ins, and a graduation walk in the Yadkin Valley.

Best for: Professionals 30–60 who feel scattered at work.

Pre-Retirement Cognitive Planning

$240 / two sessions

scheduled together

A two-part program for adults retiring in the next 18 months. We design the daily structure that protects thinking once the work routine ends.

Best for: Anyone planning their next chapter.

Intro Visit

Free · about 40 minutes

by appointment

Sit down, drink some tea, and tell us what brought you in. We’ll explain what we do and what we don’t. No expectation that you sign up.

Best for: Everyone.
